    At Camel Toe Footwear, we build our Tripple Pluggers™ tough for everyday Aussie conditions.

    If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.


    🛠 12-Month Warranty

    All Tripple Pluggers™ are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults.

    This covers:

    • Faulty plugs

    • Strap failures due to manufacturing defect

    • Structural defects

  • This does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Damage caused by misuse or modification

If you believe your thongs are faulty, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

🔁 Refund Eligibility

To request a refund:

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The product must have been purchased directly from our online store.

Refund requests must be submitted within 12 months of purchase.

After 12 months, refund requests may be declined.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds on:

Gift cards or vouchers

Personalised/custom products (unless faulty)

📦 Returns & Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong size sent, incorrect item, confirmed fault):

✔ We cover return shipping.

If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect order:

✔ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

💳 Refund Options

If your item is approved for return, you may choose:

Refund to your original payment method

Store credit for future purchases

We’ll notify you via email once processed.

📸 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos and a short description of the issue

We may offer:

Replacement (if stock available)

Refund if replacement is not possible
